The TECHNOSTYLE plasterboard systems (walls, counter-walls and false ceilings), due to their high acoustic performance, their versatility and quick assembly, represent the ideal solution for the interior finishes of hotels, as thanks to the use of sheets of different type and / or different thickness and / or in different numbers, combined with fibrous insulating material (glass wool or rock wool), reach the prescribed levels of acoustic insulation necessary for the internal comfort of such environments as well as excellent behavior in case of fire ( both in terms of reaction and fire resistance) required in the design and construction of such complexes.
PLASTERBOARD WALLS – AREAS OF USE
Compared to internal masonry walls, those made with the dry system offer many advantages both in the construction process and in the standard of living. They allow a fast and cost-effective division of space. The material is quick to install and avoids long drying times. The cavity of the plasterboard wall can perfectly accommodate the insulating material or plant engineering, there is no need to create traces. Lightweight plasterboard walls up to 50 kg / m² can be installed on any load-bearing floor. In addition, they can be easily removed when internal refurbishment is required.
Dividers
The plasterboard walls can be installed inside new or existing buildings to divide the space. They are an economical alternative to traditional brickwork and meet all technical and design requirements.
It is easy to integrate elements such as sliding doors, skylights and recessed glass or wall lights. Acoustic and thermal insulation are achieved perfectly with the help of suitably coordinated insulation and lining material.
• Depending on the area of application, a single or double frame wall can be used. For example, a single structure wall is suitable for a particularly thin partition.
• Double structure dividers provide excellent acoustic and thermal insulation performance.
• Design and aesthetic elements such as curved walls can be created quickly and easily. These solutions are in great demand in large public spaces, such as shopping centers.
The effectiveness in the use of plasterboard sheets is found and appreciated in the construction systems that they allow. It can be said that the construction of the structure and the external envelope of a building opens the door to all applications of vertical and horizontal partitions that can be explained in systems: walls, counter-walls, false ceilings, coatings of beams and pillars, dry screeds for floors. The plasterboard systems also allow you to create interior architecture in any shape and volume. The slabs are configured as a dry plaster applied to metal structures (guides, uprights, profiles for false ceilings, curved profiles, etc.) which constitute the load-bearing element and outline the design outline of the architectural surfaces. The availability of walls, in different thicknesses, with static (large heights), acoustic and fire protection characteristics of different levels, allows us to respond to every type of need in the context of the distribution of environments within a building, allowing also the application of suspended loads (sanitary appliances, radiators, wall units, etc.).
